About Renew Wellness Center
 |
Philosophy/Mission Statement
Renew Wellness Center is a Holistic
Health Center dedicated to offering opportunities for health building. A healthy
host is our biggest asset in life. We can live, dream, laugh, create, love and
prosper to our highest potential as long as we are experiencing health in our
mind, body and spirit. Our opinion of building health offers lifestyle change.
Through massage, yoga, meditation, diet, exercise and even the addition of herbs
and scents, we believe each client will attain a positive lifestyle change.

Once you take the first step, you'll find
there is something for everyone at Renew
Wellness Center. For those outside the Greater Cleveland area, or those unable
to match our schedule with yours, classes and workshops will be available on CD
format. We offer no excuses for you to begin taking an active part in your
health.
Owner Tracy Cowley is a Licensed Massage
Therapist with a Masters Degree in Holistic Health Theology. Currently pursuing
her Ph.D., Tracy has developed a center that reaches out and informs of several
levels of health building techniques. Using her intuitive abilities, training
and studies, this center focuses on the interactive client, those that
participate in their own preventative maintenance and those who want to begin
the journey of living at a higher vibration.
There is something for everyone. No egos or
excuses.
We offer CD's of all our workshops for those
residing outside the Greater Cleveland area or for those unable to attend due to
scheduling conflicts. CD's can be used anytime; in the car, during your
work-out, lunch break or while doing the dishes. We have made every attempt to
help get the motivation for general health and well-being into your hands. We
believe better mind, body, spirit health begins now, no matter what state of
health you're in currently. In other words, it's never too, late.
We often place our needs last, believing in
some way that we are being self-less by taking care of everyone around us while
we slowly deteriorate. While superficially, this may seem noble, a second look
at this scenario shows us to actually be selfish. How can we possibly give
everyone in our lives the best of our intentions when we are in a dimished
state? We must take care of ourselves, physically, mentally, spiritually and
emotionally in order to have something worth while to give to others.
Take the time, right now to close your eyes and
slowly draw a deep breath. Bring it up from your abdomen and inhale until you
feel your shoulders lift...without a pause, slowly exhale.......Now let your
journey begin........
