hours of intense information.

Workshop Fee: $45.00 ea.
Workshops available in:

Stress Management / Meditation - Designed to inform through handouts, instruction and proactive. Bring a towel or mat. Chairs are provided for those unable to sit or lay on the floor.

Basic Macrobiotics - Informs the participant of the fundamentals of a macrobiotic diet. Recipes, handouts and daily dietary examples will be shared.

Basic Health - diet and exercise information form the basics of this class as well as review of vitamins, minerals and some herbs. The diet offered is NOT macrobiotic.

** Both Macrobiotic and Basic Health diet options are reviewed and discussed at Renew Wellness Center for the individual to make judgments for their own personal lifestyle change. Both workshops offer different choices. We are pleased to extend our information, but are not prescribing the information. As with all programs, consult your medical doctor to be sure the choice is right for you.

Introduction to Herbology - This workshop is for anyone interested in the
amazing world of herbs and plants and the different ways they can be used. Learn an overview of a few herbs that can quickly become incorporated into you daily life. Herbs are a simple and beneficial addition to our lifestyles.

Aromatherapy I - Basic knowledge of a few common essential oils, where they come from and how they may be used to enhance our mind, body and spirit.

Aromatherapy II -A follow-up informational session to Aromatherapy I. More oils and more information!

Specialty Programs:

Children's Herbology Class-This class takes your child from the seedling or cutting of an herb, such as oregano, parsley and basil, they will learn about the plants, plant one of their own to take home and see them in a practical use....in this case Pizza!
The children will enjoy a slice of cheese pizza as part of this class. Class schedules vary by month. 1 hour - $25.00
