Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) We're ready to take the journey with you... 1. Q: I've never had a massage, can you give me some information? A: First massage, how wonderful! Welcome! At Renew Wellness Center we ask you arrive for your appointment approximately 10 minutes early to fill out a short form and to allow yourself to become 'present'. You'll also have the chance to briefly meet your therapist before your session begins. During your massage, soft, quiet music will be played and low lux lighting will be used to induce a serene atmosphere. Close your eyes, relax and enjoy your session. 2. Q: I'm sensitive, is this a problem? A: Sensitivity to touch, oils, creams and
scents is not uncommon. Remember, a professional touch is safe and supportive.

While access to skin and tissue creates an ease and flow during your massage, your therapist at Renew Wellness Center will make every effort to address your needs. Peace of mind, comfort, and relaxation will follow. 4. Q: I'm a talker, can I talk during massage? A: Massage is what you make of it. While no talking encourages some to reach a state of extreme relaxation and meditation, others feel talking is part of their therapy. We are here to honor your presence and will follow your lead. Be specific. Sometimes those who prefer to talk need a session or two of quiet. Please let your therapist know of any changes in your pattern as your massage relationship continues. 5.
