General Relaxation - Full body massage consisting of
smooth, soothing
strokes, brining a sense of calm and general state of
relaxation to the mind,
body and spirit.

Deep Tissue - More therapeutic, moves deeper into connective tissue
layers,
easing away aches or constrictions. Full body massage with increased
concentration to a particular body area. Appointment can be reduced to 1/2
hour
working only the area in need.

- 1.5 Hours - $95.00
Raindrop Therapy - The use of aromatic essential oils are applied in a
soft
droplet motion giving way to balance in the system. Applied with
slow, precise
massage strokes. The use of particular essential oils in this
therapy has been
said to reduce tension and inflammation, create
balance and boost immunity of
the host through absorption and
inhalation.
Hot Stones - Basalt stones are heated to provide a soothing, deep
penetrating
heat to connective tissues.
- Add hot stones to any massage for an additional $15.00
Essential Oils - We have a variety of essential oils available.
- Add to massage cream or oil for $5.00
Sport Yoga - Called sport yoga due to the addition of some Pilates this
beginners class is based on Hatha Yoga moves. Proper breathing while
holding
poses and stretching are the focus. Be prepared to feel relaxed,
yet energized!
- Bring a mat or towel, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.
- Everyone is welcome.
- Classes are continuous, meaning you may join at any time.
- Call ahead to let us know you'll be there, or you may simply show up
5-10 minutes early your first day to fill out your form.
